These terms govern your use of Traveling.Coupons, including traveling.coupons, its offer pages, and its public API. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Traveling.Coupons provides

Traveling.Coupons helps travelers discover coupons, discounts, city passes, bundles, and other third-party offers. We are an information and referral service. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not the merchant, booking provider, seller, payment processor, or travel operator.

Affiliate disclosure

We have financial relationships with some merchants and affiliate networks. We may receive a commission when you click or complete a purchase through certain links, at no additional cost to you. Compensation does not change the price shown by the merchant and does not guarantee that an offer is the best available option.

Offer accuracy and redemption

Offers can change, expire, become unavailable, or contain restrictions without notice. Prices, availability, eligibility, dates, exclusions, cancellation rules, and final savings are determined by the merchant. You must confirm that the discount is applied and review the merchant’s current terms before completing a purchase.

We try to present useful and accurate information, but we do not guarantee that every code or offer will work. Please report inaccurate or expired information to contact@traveling.coupons.

External websites and transactions

Links may lead to third-party websites that we do not operate or control. Your transaction and any travel service are solely between you and the relevant third party and are governed by that party’s terms, privacy policy, refund policy, and customer-service procedures. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, conduct, products, bookings, payments, cancellations, or refunds.

Permitted use

You may use the service for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, copy substantial portions of the service, or use automated access in a manner that degrades the service or violates applicable law. Public API access may be limited or withdrawn to prevent abuse.

Intellectual property

The Traveling.Coupons name, design, software, original text, and organization of content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Merchant names, logos, and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the service under these terms.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing on the service is professional, financial, legal, safety, visa, or travel advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Traveling.Coupons and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service or a third-party offer. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may update these terms, and continued use after publication of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
